Training Program

1. Fundamental Skills: 

The program should emphasize basic, fundamental skills such as dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense. Mastering these basics is very vital for all players.

2. Advanced Techniques:

For players of a higher level, advanced skills should be introduced, such as ball handling under pressure, complicated shooting drills, and defensive strategies.

3. Individual Attention:

 Find out whether the program includes personal feedback and one-on-one coaching; this would help work out the weak spots where extra effort may be required by your child.

4. Gradual Increase in Difficulty: 

The training must become progressively difficult according to your child’s improvement; this takes care of continuous development and doesn’t let the learning curve go flat.

5. Physical conditioning: 

Any good skills training program has a portion of physical conditioning to develop strength, agility, and endurance needed for high-level play.

6. Mental training: 

Good skills training is also meant to encompass mental training targeted at sharpening focus, building confidence, and toughening one’s mind with the help of visualization techniques and strategies to deal with high-pressure situations.

Facilities we provide:

  • Indoor court: A covered area for practicing basketball, often with a wooden floor.
  • Outdoor court: An open-air basketball court, usually with a concrete or asphalt surface.
  • Weight room: A space equipped with exercise equipment for strength training.
  • Locker room: A designated area for players to change and store their belongings.
  • Coaching staff: Experienced basketball coaches to provide instruction and guidance.
  • Basketball equipment: Balls, hoops, cones, and other necessary equipment.
  • First aid kit: A medical kit for treating minor injuries.
  • Water fountain: A source of drinking water for players.
  • Restroom: Facilities for players to use the bathroom.
  • Parking area: A designated space for cars.
