One day. Five courts. Nine events across U12, U16 and Adults at Chikoti Gardens, Begumpet. Applying is free — you only pay if we confirm your place.
Three stages. Nobody pays anything until their place is confirmed — which means if an event fills up or gets cancelled, you haven't lost a rupee.
Fill in the application form. No entry fee, no payment details, no account needed. Open to everyone. Closes Tuesday 25 August, 11:59 PM.
On Wednesday 26 August we confirm entries up to each event's cap and email you your payment details. Everyone else goes on a ranked waitlist.
Confirmed players pay by UPI before Thursday 27 August, 6:00 PM. Unpaid places are released to the waitlist that evening. Draws are published Friday 28th.

🏹 Age bands. U12 — born on or after 30 Aug 2014. U16 — born on or after 30 Aug 2010. Playing up an age group is allowed; playing down is not. Original age proof is verified at check-in on the day, so please bring it.
🏸 Match format. Single game up to and including the semi-finals, best of three in the finals. U12 events play to 15 points, every other event to 21.
One rate, every event. Nothing is due until your place is confirmed on 26 August.
👥 Doubles pairs pay once. ₹400 per player, so ₹800 covers both partners — paid by whichever of you registered as the lead — please settle the split between yourselves. We can only accept one payment per pair.
💳 How you'll pay. By UPI. The exact UPI ID and a QR code come in your confirmation email on 26 August, along with a short form where you enter your transaction reference so we can match the payment to your entry.
Please plan around these. The Thursday payment deadline exists so that draws can be published in advance rather than made up on Saturday morning — extensions cannot be granted.

📣 Matches are called, not scheduled. Watch the whiteboard and stay on site through the day. Three calls over five minutes counts as a walkover, and every player gets a minimum 20 minutes' rest between their own matches.
None. The form asks for no payment details at all. You only pay once we have confirmed your place on 26 August — so if an event fills up or gets cancelled, you have not lost anything.
Places are confirmed up to each event's cap and everyone else goes on a ranked waitlist. If a confirmed player doesn't pay by 6 PM on Thursday 27th, their place is released and we call the waitlist that same evening.
Two — one singles and one doubles. The form will not let you select more than two.
Apply anyway. Enter 0000000000 as your partner's phone number and we'll try to pair you with another player looking for a partner. We confirm this with you on 26 August, before any payment is due.

Yes. Just submit the form once per child — it's deliberately set up to allow multiple submissions from the same email address.
Full refund if we cancel an event or the tournament, or if you withdraw with a medical certificate before 6 PM on Friday 28 August. 50% for any other withdrawal before that deadline. Once draws are published on the 28th, entry fees are non-refundable, because a late withdrawal creates a bye that affects another player's tournament. Refunds go back to the UPI account you paid from within 5 working days.
Check-in from 7:30 AM, first matches at 8:00 AM, finals from 4:00 PM and prize distribution at 6:30 PM. Bring water, a spare shirt and your own racket.
